Cancellation Policy
Your hair appointment is reserved especially for you. I do understand that sometimes unexpected events come up, therefore, I respectfully ask for a 48 hour notice for all cancellations. Please understand that forgetting to cancel, not giving enough time when cancelling, or no-showing I miss the opportunity to allow another client to reserve that appointment. Failure to cancel in a respective time will end up as a 50% fee of your service, and if no show you will be charged 100% of your total service that is non-refundable.Thank you for understanding.
