Cancellation Policy
I respect your time as well as my own. Your hair appointment is reserved specifically for you. I understand that unexpected events come up, therefore, I respectfully ask for a 48 hour notice for all cancellations. Please understand that forgetting to cancel, not giving enough time when cancelling, or no-showing, I miss the opportunity to allow another client to reserve that appointment. I charge 50% of the scheduled appointment for any cancellations within 48 hours. Cancellations day of or no-shows will be charged 100% of your total service that is non-refundable.
